Refund policy
Damage/Lost Products from Delivery:
Unfortunately returns will not be accepted for orders that are lost in transit through the mail system or products that are damaged in transit. It is out of our control as to what happens to merchandise once it leaves our store. This is an issue that would have to be brought up with USPS by filing a claim https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
Product Issues:
If there is an issue with the product quality we can replace the item(s) after pictures are sent to us via email within 7 days of the delivery date at ginasdesignsllc.
Customer Errors:
We will NOT refund or remake ANY products from customer error. We will NOT refund your product or send new product if you entered the wrong shipping information at checkout and it was sent to the wrong address. The customer can file a claim with USPS. If you send an email to ginasdesignsllc@gmail.com before the shipping label is created we will TRY and get your address corrected. Once the shipping label is printed there is nothing we will do except cancel the order or you can pay $7.50 for another label to be printed.
